Approach to Therapy

All too often, trauma and hardship rob people of their full capacity to act, feel, think and speak. Jonathan believes that helping you find your voice is one of his jobs as a therapist. Finding that voice looks different for everyone and Jonathan believes in treating each individual as a whole person, not just as a diagnosis. Even the most surface symptoms are often indicative of much deeper issues, and he strives to provide a safe space for exploring both. Jonathan believes that the success of therapy is marked by both achieving more "wholeness," and evolving to become the best version of yourself.
