Approach to Therapy

There are times in life when we feel overwhelmed. Sometimes our daily lives can leave us feeling stuck and joyless, but it is possible to get back on track emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. You can be free of the issues that have brought you pain and discouragement. Your hurt, circumstances, and past do not have to define you.

In my practice, I counsel children, adolescents, and adults, dealing with issues of anxiety, depression, grief, social and emotional well-being, and more. Let me support you as you pursue contentment, joy, and freedom.

Anne received her M.A. in Marriage and Family Counseling from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. She also holds a B.A. in Political Science from Texas A&M University. Anne has been a licensed professional counselor since February 2024.
