Approach to Therapy

Anna believes change occurs in a strong, secure therapeutic alliance. She believes her clients are the experts in their own lives, and it is her role to help uncover patterns and explore new perspectives. Part of Anna’s approach is to explore the past through uncovering the unconscious mind, coping with present struggles and challenges, as well as planning and finding purpose in future. Anna works with children, adolescents, adults and families. She believes it is important to contextualize children and adolescents as part of their larger systems. 

Anna received her M.A. in Clinical Mental Heath Counseling from Immaculata University in 2019. She holds a B.A in Psychology from Messiah College and is a Nationally Certified Counselor.
