Tara believes in providing a nurturing, safe, non-judgmental environment that allows for you to explore the emotional and at times painful areas that you want to find healing for. By beginning to look at our dysfunctional beliefs which influence how we interact with our environment, we can begin to change our behaviors. On this basis, Tara looks at how certain behaviors are being reinforced and what purpose it may serve for you. Tara understands that it is important to find balance and that to do so, treatment of the entire person's emotions, behaviors, physical and spiritual selves is required. All parts of the individual are addressed in the process of obtaining wholeness.
Tara received her Masters of Counseling Psychology from the graduate program at Immaculata University, Immaculata, PA in 2000. She received her Bachelors of Psychology from Kkutztown University in 1998. Tara also holds a certificate in Funtional Behavioral Analysis. She is currently working toward licensure under the supervision of Dr. Carmen Morrison.
