Approach to Therapy

Subtitle

I have a heart for working with others, knowing that everyone has a story.  I believe that people are multifaceted and I tailor my approach to therapy by meeting the individual needs of each person I work with.  When working through presenting problems and challenges, I believe that it is important to address all parts of the individual including the emotional, cognitive, relational, physical, and spiritual.  By addressing all of these parts, in a safe and nonjudgmental space, a person can begin to work towards healing.
