Tara believes in providing a nurturing, safe, non-judgmental environment that allows for the individual to explore the emotional, at times painful areas that they feel need healing. Tara believes that by beginning to look at our dysfunctional beliefs that influence how we interact with our environment we can begin to change our behaviors. Based on this, she looks at how certain behaviors are being reinforced and what purpose it may serve for the individual. Tara understands that it is important to find balance and to do so, treatment of the entire person emotionally, behaviorally, physically and spiritually is required. All parts of the individual are addressed in the process of obtaining wholeness.
