2. Once you have completed the registration form, click on the link to make your
payment.
3. Once your payment is received through PayPal, a confirmation email will be sent to the
email address you provided. Look for the attachment in that email with a release form
that must be signed and returned to us before the event.
4. Within one week of your registration, you will receive your copy/copies of the Hold Me
Tight book by Dr. Susan Johnson so that you will have plenty of time to read the book in
preparation for the program.
